We confirm that we are paid-up members of no less than 12 months standing and have both been acquainted with the applicant for long enough that, from our personal knowledge of them, we can vouch for their suitability for acceptance as member of Southey Bowling Club. Sponsorship is an important part of an application and your reputation and experience as a club member is invaluable in support of the committee’s process.

You can withdraw your agreement at any time by telling an officer of the committee, verbally, digitally or in writing. We will cease further use, remove any relevant images from the website or make the image unidentifiable. There shall be no liability to the club for earlier lawful use. The club can not prevent 3rd parties from extracting and using images from the public website and can not recover such images on withdrawal.

Declaration by the applicant

I undertake, if my application is accepted, to pay the membership fee for this year as agreed, to abide by the club rules and policies and make myself conversant with the safeguarding provisions. I will do nothing, nor allow any visitor attending with me to do anything that impedes other members use and enjoyment of the club. I will accept and act upon any warning from a club officer without frustration or hostility. I understand that failure to observe these undertakings may be brought to the attention of the committee, which may issue a warning, suspension or termination of my membership.
